Step Up 2 Learn is a group of dedicated educators who value the success of individual students. Our mission is to help our students realize their full potential in school, gain confidence and overcome deficiencies in their STEM knowledge while developing good study habits and a love for learning. It sounds like a tall order, but dramatic results are possible when a student is motivated. We help with the motivation by equipping each student with improved skills and positive experiences in learning.

We provide low-cost online tutoring initially in mathematics for elementary, middle, or high school students, and our goal is to build strong foundations and give students the edge in the school and earn the privilege to study and succeed at the most prestigious universities in America.
Our methods start with a thorough assessment of students' abilities and understanding their unique situation. We then expose our students to a variety of strategies that improve their ability to learn. The results are usually dramatic and launch students into a lifelong love of STEM learning.

The fact that Step Up 2 Learn specialized in mathematics and sciences is not a coincidence. It is a proven fact that having a strong foundation and in-depth understanding of mathematics can significantly improve a student's knowledge of science's different subjects. We strongly believe that it is of utmost importance to make sure that children realize how important it is to understand concepts and not just memorize theories and formulas. Recently, Philip M. Sadler of Harvard University and Robert H. Tai of the University of Virginia published a four-year study that supports our philosophy.
